Stout Sangaree Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Ruby Port

Stout

1 pinch (ground) Cinnamon

2 tsp Water

2 tsp Superfine Sugar

1 pinch (grated) Nutmeg

Stout Sangaree Directions

Dissolve the sugar in the water in the bottom of a beer mug. Carefully pour the stout to give a half-inch head. Float the port on top. Garnish with a dusting of nutmeg and cinnamon, and serve.
