Japanese Fizz Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey

1 tbsp Port

1/2 (Juice of) Lemon

Soda Water

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

1 Egg White

Japanese Fizz Directions

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Serve Japanese Fizz in a Highball Glass
