Rum Sunday Recipe

Ingredients

1 oz Dark Rum

1/2 oz Sweet Sherry

2 tsp Overproof Rum

3 tbsp Vanilla Ice Cream

1/2 oz Grenadine

Rum Sunday Directions

Blend briefly all ingredient (except overproof rum) with half a glassful of crushed ice. Pour into a collins glass, float overproof rum on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Serve Rum Sunday in a Collins Glass
