1 splash Cointreau
1 oz Orange Vodka
1 oz Pepper Vodka
1 dash Lime Juice
1 splash Cranberry Juice

Shake with ice until frothy. Pour into a cocktail glass, and garnish with a jalepeno stuffed olive.
