Parisiana Punch Recipe

Ingredients

75 cl Champagne

125 cl Cognac

30 cl Madeira

1/2 cup Sugar

2 oz Lemon

Parisiana Punch Directions

Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug. Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 – 3 hours. Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.

Serve Parisiana Punch in a White Wine Glass
