Ingredients
1/2 oz Amaretto
1 1/2 oz Light Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Half and Half
1/2 oz Coconut Cream
Lizbuth Directions
Pour the rum, amaretto, coconut cream, pineapple juice and half-and-half into a blender with 6 ice cubes. Blend well and pour into a collins glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
