Ingredients
1 oz Cognac
1 tsp Ice
1 Egg Yolk
3/4 oz Cream
1/2 oz Sugar Syrup
Cognac Flip Directions
Shake well all ingredients in a shaker. Strain into cocktail glass and grate some nutmeg on top.
