Bird of Paradise Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Gin

1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice

Soda Water

1 tsp Grenadine

1 tsp Superfine Sugar

1 Egg White

Bird of Paradise Cooler Directions

Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda/sparkling water. Stir well, and serve.

Serve Bird of Paradise Cooler in a Highball Glass
