Masala Chai Recipe


1 (dried) Ginger

1 cups Sugar

1 piece Cinnamon

2 cups Water

3 whole Clove

3 tbsp Milk

2 whole Black Pepper

4 pods (crushed) Cardamom

4 tsp Tea Leaves

Masala Chai Directions

1. Bring two cups of water to the boil. Add all the ingredients (except milk and sugar) and boil again for about 15 seconds. Let stand for one minute.

Serve Masala Chai in a Beer Mug
