Ingredients
3 oz Champagne
1/2 oz Cognac
1 tsp Sugar
1 oz Orange Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Pour champagne, cognac and orange juice into a champagne flute. Add one sugar cube, saturated in angostura bitters, and a twist of orange. Serve with a muddler.
