1 oz Dark Rum
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Whipping Cream
5 oz (hot) Cocoa

Combine rum and cocoa in an irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Top with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
