Captain’s Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 oz Spiced Rum

1 oz White Rum

1/2 oz LBV Port

1 oz Lime Juice

1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar

Captain’s Cocktail Directions

Shake rums, juice and sugar together in a shaker. Strain into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice, and sprinkle the port over one half of the surface. Drink from the port side.

Serve Captain’s Cocktail in a Champagne Saucer
