Ingredients
3/4 oz Brandy
1 oz Amaretto
3/4 oz Irish Cream
2 oz Light Cream
Canyon Quake Directions
Pour the Irish cream, brandy, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake very well. Strain into a brandy snifter, and serve.
