Arawak Cup Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Dark Rum

1/2 oz (fresh) Lime Juice

1/2 oz Passion-fruit Syrup

1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

1 tsp Orgeat Syrup

Arawak Cup Directions

Pour the dark rum, passion-fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple stick, and serve.
