Ingredients
4 cl Scotch Whiskey
1 piece Ginger
4 drops Angostura Bitters
12 cl Ginger Ale
Whisky Melba Directions
Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass. Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale. Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.
Serve Whisky Melba in a Highball Glass
