Ingredients
1/2 tsp Triple Sec
1/2 tsp Anis
1 1/2 oz Blended Whiskey
1/2 tsp Dubonnet
1 twist Lemon Peel
1 twist Orange Peel

Shake blended whiskey, Dubonnet, triple sec, and anis with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twists of orange and lemon peel and serve.
