1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Whipping Cream
5 oz (hot) Cocoa

Combine mandarin napoleon and cocoa in a heat-proof irish coffee cup, and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and serve.
