Toledo Punch Recipe

Ingredients

50 cl Brandy

225 cl Champagne

1/2 liter Cognac

150 cl Red Wine

150 cl White Wine

2 oz Lemon Juice

450 g Sugar

1/2 (diced) Pineapple

(Sprig) Mint

2 (sliced) Oranges

1 liter Soda Water

6 (halved) Strawberries

1 Grapes

Toledo Punch Directions

Pour the soda, lemon juice, cognac, mint and fruits into a large punch bowl. Slowly dissolve in the sugar, to taste. Add the champagne, brandy, claret and wine, and top with 3 liters of water. Add a block of ice. Serve in wine glasses.
