Ingredients
1/2 cup (chilled) Champagne
1 tsp Creme de Cassis
1 tbsp Sugar
2 cups (halved) Strawberries
Strawberry Kir Royale Directions
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.
Serve Strawberry Kir Royale in a White Wine Glass
