Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
4 oz (hot) Coffee
2 oz Heavy Cream

Pour the coffee, bourbon and creme de cacao into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Stir well, then float the cream on top, and serve.
