Ingredients
1/4 oz Curacao
1 1/4 oz Scotch Whisky
1/4 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice
1 1/4 oz Soda Water
1 tsp Simple Syrup
South Coast Cocktail Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Stir gently and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
