Scotch Flip Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Scotch Whisky

1 oz Egg

1/2 oz Light Cream

1 tsp Superfine Sugar

1/8 tsp (grated) Nutmeg

Scotch Flip Directions

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

Serve Scotch Flip in a Whiskey Sour Glass
