Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Club Soda
1 tsp Grenadine
1 oz Light Cream
1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Pink Cream Fizz Directions
Combine the gin, lemon juice, sugar, cream, and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda, and stir well.
Serve Pink Cream Fizz in a Collins Glass
