Ingredients
1/2 oz Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
8 oz Milk

Combine the Kahlua coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur and milk in a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend well until smooth, and pour into a collins glass. Drizzle the Hershey’s chocolate syrup over the top, and serve.
