Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Rumple Minze
8 oz (hot) Water
1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
1 package Cocoa
Mogul Masher Directions
Mix hot chocolate as per usual (in a 12 oz. glass or larger) and add liquors. Top with whipped cream.
Serve Mogul Masher in a Highball Glass
