Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1/3 oz Passion-fruit Liqueur
1/3 oz Pisang Ambon
3 oz Pineapple Juice
2/3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
Melon Island Directions
Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
