Ingredients
1 qt (hot) Beer
1/2 tsp Ginger
2 squirts Sugar
6 cans Apples
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
Lamb’s Wool Directions
Mix ale, spices and sugar with 6 roasted apples (cored, peeled and mashed) in a large warm jug. Serve in heat-proof goblets.
Serve Lamb’s Wool in a Red Wine Glass
