Ingredients
1 tbsp Creme de Cassis
6 oz White Wine
3 cubes Ice
1 twist Lemon Peel
Kir Directions
Combine ingredients in a large white wine glass. Twist the lemon peel to release the oil and drop it into the glass.
Serve Kir in a White Wine Glass
