Ingredients
2 tbsp Dry Sherry
1 pinch (ground) Ginger
1/2 (Juice of) Lemon
1/2 pint Heavy Cream
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 pinch Nutmeg
3 pieces (minced) Candied Ginger
Ginger Syllabub Directions
1. Put the sherry, sugar, spices, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl, and stir until well-blended. Leave to soak for at least half an hour.
Serve Ginger Syllabub in a Beer Mug
