Eagle Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Gin

3/4 oz Creme de Violette

1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice

1 tsp Sugar

1 Egg White

Eagle Cocktail Directions

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Strain into a wine glass, and serve.

Serve Eagle Cocktail in a White Wine Glass
