Cream Sherry Flip Recipe

Ingredients

2 oz Cream Sherry

1 tsp Egg

1 tsp Light Cream

1 tsp Superfine Sugar

1 tsp (grated) Nutmeg

Cream Sherry Flip Directions

Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.

Serve Cream Sherry Flip in a Cocktail Glass
