Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
3 dashes Triple Sec
1 splash Champagne
3 dashes Blue Curacao
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
Blue Champagne Directions
Pour all ingredients (except champagne) over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with champagne, and serve.
