2/3 oz Blue Curacao
2/3 oz Cointreau
2/3 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
