Balanchine’s Belle Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Dubonnet Rouge

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

Balanchine’s Belle Directions

Pour the Dubonnet wine and the dry vermouth into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.
